I am using a hard drive or SSD that is not included in your product compatibility lists. Is it safe to use this drive with your SAS/SATA RAID controllers?
As a general rule, HighPoint SAS/SATA RAID controllers are compatible with nearly all industry-standard NAS, RAID Edition and Enterprise class SAS or SATA hard disk drives and/or SSD’s in today’s marketplace.
The compatibility lists we provide only include drive models that have been fully tested with our products; compatibility is not limited to these particular models.
