The RocketU 1344A can only support 2 cameras, at full speed.
If you need a USB solution capable of supporting 4 cameras simultaneously, we would recommend using the RU1144D, or our upcoming RU1344C USB 3.1 controller.
These products have four dedicated USB ports – each port has its own USB controller (the bandwidth is not split or shared).
