The RocketStor 6114V is a USB device (it does not include a PCIe adapter). The PCIe express lane assignment would depend on what type of USB controller is hosting the RocketStor 6114V (whether or not the RocketStor has been plugged into a motherboard controlled USB port, or an USB AIC (add in card).
