I am using a HighPoint RAID Solution with macOS. However, I cannot use the WebGUI – the interface will not open, or crashes when attempting to load a tab. How do I resolve this?

If you encounter this problem, please submit a new Support Ticket using our Online Support portal, and provide the following information:

  1. The version of macOS you are working with.
  2. The kernel.log file. This can be obtained by opening a terminal and using the following command: log show |grep kernel > hptsyslog.txt

A video tutorial is available here.
