I am using a HighPoint RAID Solution with a Linux distribution. The performance of the disk or RAID array is slower than expected. How can I resolve this?

If you encounter this problem while using a HighPoint RAID solution, please submit a new Support Ticket using our Online Support portal, and provide the following information:

  1. Use the WebGUI’s or CLI’s Diagnostic tool to generate a set of logs and information files.
  2. A link to the application you are using to test performance.
  3. A copy of the scripts you used to test performance

A video tutorial is available here.
