The WebGUI was in the process of verifying or rebuilding and array, but suddenly stopped on its own. How do I determine what went wrong, and what recovery options do I have?

If you experience either of these issues, please submit a request to our FAE department via our Online Support Portal, and include the following items with your support inquiry:

  1. The Version/Build of the Windows OS you are working with
  2. The output file of the WebGUI’s Diagnostic tool
