Is Supermicro X11SPM-F compatible with HighPoint NVMe controllers?

Compatibility Status: Yes (it can support Bootable or Data RAID configurations)

Compatibility Report: Link

Note: The compatibility reports we provide are based on research of the target platform / motherboard, using the manufacturer’s official specifications and product documentation.

Summary: The Supermicro X11SPM-F can support HighPoint SSD7000 and SSD6200 Series NVMe RAID controllers. SSD7500 series controllers can also be used with this platform, but will be unable to operate at full speed, as the system only provides PCIe 3.0 connectivity. It utilizes the Intel C621 series chipset; the 620 series chipsets are known to be compatible with HighPoint NVMe solutions. The motherboard’s BIOS includes UEFI support, and provides option ROM settings for UEFI and legacy devices meaning it can be used for bootable purposes.

Manufacturer Documentation:
