Why do disks become unrecognized after entering the system with a full load of disks (including the Western Digital SN640 or SN630 NVMe SSD), hot-plug all disks, and then hot-plugging the disks back into the system in an unordered fashion?

The hot-plugged NVMe SSDs will not be recognized due to insufficient system resource allocation. Mixing other models of NVMe SSDs with Western Digital SN640 or SN630 NVMe SSDs is not recommended.
