Why is the fan not spinning during use, and how can it be solved?

A loose connection between the fan module probe and the fan module may cause it.
Please refer to the following steps to solve it.
1) Power off the system.
2) Remove the R1608A from the system.
3) Check that the screws on the back of the R1608A are tight. If there is looseness, use a screwdriver to tighten the screws.
4) Reconnect the R1608A back to the system to see if the fan works properly.
