During the Windows installation process, Setup does not recognize an disks or arrays hosted by the HighPoint RAID device. How can I resolve this?

Please contact our Support team for assistance. Please collect the following information, and include this with your Support Ticket:

1) Access the Windows command prompt and use the following command to create a log file:

Copy x:\Windows\INF\setupapi.dev.log This will copy it to the USB flash drive that contains the HighPoint driver.
