I am using an SSD6200 series NVMe RAID controller with VMware ESXi. The ESXi User Interface recognizes the controller, but the CLI (command line interface) does not recognize any hosted NVMe SSDs. How can I resolve this?

If you encounter this problem, please open a new support case and provide the following:

  1. PCI.log file
  2. The version of ESXi you are running, and a link to the download
  3. Which SSD6200 series controller are you using?

A video tutorial is available here.
