After using QuickBIOS, users cannot recognize all disk information in WebGUI.

Cause

  1. HDDs is damaged.
  2. The HDDs is not powered on.
  3. The HDDs is set Spinup. Set Spinup enable will causes the system to fail to recognize the disk.

workaround

  1. Make sure that the HDDs in the user environment is ok
  2. Make sure the HDDs is powered on
  3. Confirm whether HDDs is set up Spinup in WebGUI—>Physical. Set the unrecognized disk from spin up enable to spin up disable.
