I am using a HighPoint a HighPoint RAID solution with a motherboard or computing system with a UEFI BIOS. The system won’t boot – it seems to be stuck on the screen that displays UEFI information. How can I resolve this?

If you encounter this problem, please open a new support case and provide the following:

  1. A screenshot or video of the error message.
  2. Remove any hosted by the HighPoint RAID Solution. Does this allow the system to boot normally?
